The ETAP project (2022–2026) evaluates AI-based movement monitoring to streamline long-term care processes in Germany. Led by Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen and involving multiple universities and care providers, it aims to assess cost-benefit and workload impacts of AI-driven fall detection and nursing documentation on caregivers.
